A: We are manufacturer which subordinate to Sinopec Group(a world top 500 company). We are specialized in virgin bamboo household paper making. We sincerely invite you to visit our factory when you are available.
Q: Can I get samples before my order? How long it will be to get the samples?
A: Free samples are available, the customer pays the freight cost. 7-10 days for you to get the samples.
Q: What is your OEM process?
A: Send message of your specifications like size, gsm, sheets, grams, logo, package design on our .com, or to the email: jessica-yspaper@foxmail.com.If you just start the business, please don’t hesitate to contact us to get professional advises.
Q: What is your MOQ? Can I get a lower price if I place a large quantity?
A: Normally a 40HQ container but can be negotiate. Price can be vary according to the quantity, please contact us for specific price.
Q: How about the delivery time and payment terms?
A: For the first order, it will be 25-30 days because it takes time to confirm the package design and some details. But for the following order it is around 15-20 days.The payment term is usually 30% deposit before production and 70%balance before shipment.
